Amb. Dr. Richy E. Onolememen serves as the Commissioner for Africa and Special Representative in Nigeria of the World Humanity Commission. He is a committed humanitarian leader dedicated to advancing human dignity, equity, and sustainable development across the African continent. His leadership approach is grounded in ethical governance, inclusive engagement, and evidence-based humanitarian action.
Through this esteemed role, Dr. Richy works alongside global leaders to address pressing humanitarian challenges, advocate for vulnerable populations, and promote policies that foster sustainable development and human flourishing across Africa.

Dr. Richy founded Elens Foundation out of the desire to reach out to the needy and vulnerable members in our society, especially in the remote communities and villages. The Foundation's commitment to enhancing the lives of those who are less fortunate in our society—including orphans, widows, and displaced people—is motivated by a strong sense of compassion. Elens Foundation is also dedicated to improving people's lives throughout Africa by sponsoring programmes for empowerment, health, and education.
Through the Foundation's programmes, research, communities, advocacy and convenings, we continue to implement our mission and vision across the African continent. We believe the private sector's role is critical for Africa's development and that we must create both social and economic wealth to ensure sustainable impact.
